This week I made it harder than it had to be.
Yet, a win is a win.
I don’t mind winning ugly.
And close games build character.
Not to mention, I was able to make some massive deposits on the future.
Winning a championship often comes down to intangibles.
This week, we developed some of those.
Then, we went on to get the dub anyway.
Overtime of the First Game
It doesn’t have to be pretty.
It just has to be a win.
I squeaked by on my weekly challenge with updates of old posts. I failed to get 50 citations posts scheduled in January like I set out to. Still, it was a strong week for my marketing services. Plus, This Site probably just saw a major breakthrough.
I can’t get ahead of myself just yet though.
There is still major work to be done.
But we go the win and the pieces are in place to get another one next month. Chemistry is building as I get my team more and more involved in my own brands.
This one went Down to the Wire, yes. However, it also helped put the master plan into action.
The ultimate goal is to have the months beaten before they even come.
That is, I want entire months of content scheduled out beforehand. It takes a lot of effort. It’s making me a better content creator and manager.
And it’s also building my two most important Brands, Greensboro SEO Pro and Zach Bradshaw.
Thus, I’m not all that worried about close games early in the season.
My favorite football game all time:
A triple overtime victory over Peeler Center in the Greensboro Pee Wee league city championships when I was nine.
Lewis Pride!
💪💯🤩
If my 2020 Content Challenge brings a little nostalgia for those times, that’s fine by me.
Zach Bradshaw Publishing 1/26/20 – 2/1/20
The second “game” of the season (February) looks like it will be a lot like the first (January).
And that’s fine. I prefer Grinding It Out over the fancy stuff.
More SEO Training on Local Citations. More Heroes. Maybe more Credit Cards too.
More or less, a lot like this week.
But on practice field, I was also able to implement lot’s of strategy elsewhere.
Big things from last week that won’t show up on the scoresheet:
- Red Pilled Posts
- Citizen Journalist Setup
- Roadmap & Services
It’s cool though, we’ll collect on those later in the season.
For now, we can celebrate how we closed out January.

The Week Ahead
After last week:
My weekly content streak now is up to 38 days (begun December 26th, 2019).
My longest streak so far was 96 days during my 2019 Daily Content Challenge.
Based on scheduling, I’m already set to extend that for 2 more.
So did I win January? It was close. But HELL YES.
The first test this season was a stern one. But we passed.
Now we’re heading into Game 2 undefeated. That’s the best we could’ve hoped for.
Next month though, we’ll look to end things earlier.
