Biohacking
Resources
Biohacking is one of those little-known concepts that really should go mainstream. Understanding the idea alone can help you improve the quality of your life. This is filler text. This is filler text. This is filler text. This is filler text. This is filler text. This is filler text. This is filler text.
What You’ll Find Here
For the time being, this site is mostly just a data dump. Over time, it may become more useful to the outside observer. Who knows?
My Own Research
I am the definition of a know-it-all. Hopefully, someone else can use that to their advantage. These pages are to cataloging my learnings.
Opinions of Same
I am a master of unsolicited advice. Frankly, it’s annoying. An outlet for self-expression, I hope this site will help me become a better listener.
Video Breakdowns
I consume hundreds of hours of video training, keynotes, and other education content. Timestamping content helps me learn and teach others.

Evolutionary Biology
Gary Vaynerchuk is the first man the adult me could acknowledge as a “hero.” Without Gary Vee, my hero profiles might not even exist. Certainly, the whole idea of a G.O.A.T. Rank is a tribute to my admiration for him.

Neuroscience
Vishen may be the man I look up to more than any other. His mission of education reform may be the most important of any of my heroes. Over the long-term he may be the favorite for the top spot.
Happiness
Naruto is the most inspiring character I’ve ever come across. What I’ve learned from him is unique. And yet, his story seems inevitable, almost perfect. Watching Naruto, I felt as if it was written from my own heart.
High Performance
To this point, I might have learned more from Brian Johnson than any other person on the planet. He has created a library of classic and modern teachings on becoming the best you and living your best life.

HEalth
Brendon Burchard is one of the world’s leading high performance coaches. Before I met Gary Vee, I filled my house with Brendon’s voice almost everyday. His content was the first I used to brainwash myself.
06
Fitness
Nahko is probably my favorite musician today. I use his music to heal and connect with my highest self. There are others I use in the same way. Yet much Naruto’s story, Nahko’s music often feels written just for me.
07
Longevity
Tom is one of the dark horses for top spot over the long term. Similar to Vishen, much of that has to do with the weight of his mission. He wants to “break people out of the Matrix” through entertainment. Smart and strong.

Most people know Gary as “that social media guy.”
For me personally, he’s a lot more.
But I’ll get to that. First, let’s start with a…

My Progress So Far
More than anyone else:
Gary is the reason I started creating hero profiles.
Now that I’ve started, I see that his profile may be less useful than my other heroes to other people. But his will likely always remain the most important to me.
I fucking love this dude. He changed my life.
More accurately, he teamed up with Nahko to save my life.
I’m not quite sure when I found him. I featured him all the way back in one of my first posts for Greensboro SEO Pro.

2021 Content Round Up Week 13
2021 Content Challenge Week 13: ❌❌❌ This year, my content production is off to the worst start so far. And this week was arguably the worst of 2021. ZachBradshaw.com was the only thing that got any love at all—if you can even call it that. Another week of neglect for...
2021 Content Round Up Week 12
2021 Content Challenge Week 12: ❌❌ Spotty at best. I did little more than add videos to lists. It's been the ZachBradshaw.com show for the few weeks now. But come quarter 2, that's going to change in a big way. It might be worth it though... Could be the week I met...
2021 Content Round Up Week 11
2021 Content Challenge Week 11: ❌❌❌ This whole week was dead. Easily this year's worst week of content production. In fact, this could have been my worst week of content production for My Brands since the end of my Daily Content Challenge. ZachBradshaw.com was the...
2021 Content Round Up Week 10
2021 Content Challenge Week 10: ❌ Part of me is annoyed that my production keeps breaking down over the weekend. But there's another part that realizes that producing content every weekday is still a decent result. So even though I broke my streak again, this was one...
2021 Content Round Up Week 9
2021 Content Challenge Week 9: Once again, last week was a frontloaded one. But at least this week, I made it all the way through. Typical of 2021, ZachBradshaw.com, Zach Bradshaw on YouTube, and Playing Markets got all the gains. But there's always something else...
2021 Content Round Up Week 8
2021 Content Challenge Week 8: ❌ There seems to be a pattern developing. I keep dropping the ball on the weekend. And like last week, it was basically just a failure to publish. As has been typical, I made gains on ZachBradshaw.com, Zach Bradshaw on YouTube,...
2021 Content Round Up Week 7
2021 Content Challenge Week 7: ❌ If I was naming my weeks, I'd call this one "fumble." I probably already have one by that name, from my 2020 Content Challenge. This time it was just a matter of forgetting to make a video public. Still, gains were made through...
2021 Content Round Up Week 6
2021 Content Challenge Week 6: ❌❌ If I had to name this week, I might call it "double trouble." While I got some important content done, I let my streak break again. Made gains in the usual suspects: ZachBradshaw.com, Zach Bradshaw on YouTube, and Playing...
2021 Content Round Up Week 5
2021 Content Challenge Week 5: Simple week. Did a job. No special milestones this week but the progress was still decent. Like the last few weeks, the gains have been focused on ZachBradshaw.com, Zach Bradshaw on YouTube, and Playing Markets. Carolina also beat Duke...
