Biohacking
Resources

Biohacking is one of those little-known concepts that really should go mainstream.  Understanding the idea alone can help you improve the quality of your life.  This is filler text.  This is filler text.  This is filler text.  This is filler text.  This is filler text.  This is filler text.  This is filler text.

What You’ll Find Here

For the time being, this site is mostly just a data dump.  Over time, it may become more useful to the outside observer.  Who knows?

My Own Research

I am the definition of a know-it-all.  Hopefully, someone else can use that to their advantage.  These pages are to cataloging my learnings.

Opinions of Same

I am a master of unsolicited advice.  Frankly, it’s annoying.  An outlet for self-expression, I hope this site will help me become a better listener.

Video Breakdowns

I consume hundreds of hours of video training, keynotes, and other education content.  Timestamping content helps me learn and teach others.

Top 9 Pieces to the Biohacking Puzzle

01

Evolutionary Biology

Gary Vaynerchuk is the first man the adult me could acknowledge as a “hero.”  Without Gary Vee, my hero profiles might not even exist.  Certainly, the whole idea of a G.O.A.T. Rank is a tribute to my admiration for him.

02

Neuroscience

Vishen may be the man I look up to more than any other.  His mission of education reform may be the most important of any of my heroes.  Over the long-term he may be the favorite for the top spot.

03

Happiness

Naruto is the most inspiring character I’ve ever come across.  What I’ve learned from him is unique.  And yet, his story seems inevitable, almost perfect.  Watching Naruto, I felt as if it was written from my own heart.

04

High Performance

To this point, I might have learned more from Brian Johnson than any other person on the planet.  He has created a library of classic and modern teachings on becoming the best you and living your best life.

05

HEalth

Brendon Burchard is one of the world’s leading high performance coaches.  Before I met Gary Vee, I filled my house with Brendon’s voice almost everyday.  His content was the first I used to brainwash myself.

06

Fitness

Nahko is probably my favorite musician today.  I use his music to heal and connect with my highest self.  There are others I use in the same way.  Yet much Naruto’s story, Nahko’s music often feels written just for me.

07

Longevity

Tom is one of the dark horses for top spot over the long term.  Similar to Vishen, much of that has to do with the weight of his mission.  He wants to “break people out of the Matrix” through entertainment.  Smart and strong.

08

Sleep

Nahko is probably my favorite musician today.  I use his music to heal and connect with my highest self.  There are others I use in the same way.  Yet much Naruto’s story, Nahko’s music often feels written just for me.

09

Diet

Learn With Me

Most people know Gary as “that social media guy.”

For me personally, he’s a lot more.

But I’ll get to that.  First, let’s start with a…

My Progress So Far

More than anyone else:

Gary is the reason I started creating hero profiles.

Now that I’ve started, I see that his profile may be less useful than my other heroes to other people.  But his will likely always remain the most important to me.

I fucking love this dude.  He changed my life.

More accurately, he teamed up with Nahko to save my life.

I’m not quite sure when I found him.  I featured him all the way back in one of my first posts for Greensboro SEO Pro.

2020 Content Challenge Week 32 Review: Mental Block

2020 Content Challenge Week 32 Review: Mental Block

This week started as one of the season's toughest. Last week was a heart breaker. And it bled into our performance this week. Paltry production to say the least. It wasn't for want of trying.  It was more like want of a sane mind. 😵🙃🤪 First Quarter of the Eighth Game...

2020 Content Challenge Week 31 Review: No Show

2020 Content Challenge Week 31 Review: No Show

This week was damn near capitulation. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ We took the game to overtime, only to fall flat on our faces. Annoying.  Embarrassing. Despite the extra period, this was by far our poorest final result to date. We simply didn't show up when the game was on the...

2020 Content Challenge Week 30 Review: Shipping Victory

2020 Content Challenge Week 30 Review: Shipping Victory

This week was a let down. We put plenty of points on the board. But we failed to seal the victory. Too many mistakes. Now we go to overtime. Fresh off of our biggest beatdown of the season, do we have the heart needed to pull this one off? The team's steadily getting...

2020 Content Challenge Week 29 Review: Warming Up

2020 Content Challenge Week 29 Review: Warming Up

This week was like the early rumblings of a volcano. On the surface, it wasn't a very impressive quarter. Below the surface, the heat has really started to turn up on my content production. Of course, I'm still playing like a Coach on the Field (and dominating the...

2020 Content Challenge Week 28 Review: Coach on the Field

This week we got back in business. A bit sloppy—we still made a few mistakes this quarter. Yet it was still a vast improvement over the last five or so. We only had one dropped ball all quarter (yesterday). We'll have to tighten up a bit more to complete the comeback...

2020 Content Challenge Week 27 Review: Missed Hand Offs

2020 Content Challenge Week 27 Review: Missed Hand Offs

This was not the "bounce back" week we were looking for. After not showing up for the last four quarters, we were hoping for a strong showing to start the game. It was not to be.  Close but not quite. It might have even been something special.  The play calling was...

2020 Content Challenge Week 26 Review: Strategic Surrender

2020 Content Challenge Week 26 Review: Strategic Surrender

This might have been our last bad quarter of the whole season. It hurt a little bit, as this entire game has. But that seems like it was all for the best. At least, we have the opportunity to make that the reality. Looking back, we'll be able to say this...
