Biohacking
Resources
Biohacking is one of those little-known concepts that really should go mainstream. Understanding the idea alone can help you improve the quality of your life. This is filler text. This is filler text. This is filler text. This is filler text. This is filler text. This is filler text. This is filler text.
What You’ll Find Here
For the time being, this site is mostly just a data dump. Over time, it may become more useful to the outside observer. Who knows?
My Own Research
I am the definition of a know-it-all. Hopefully, someone else can use that to their advantage. These pages are to cataloging my learnings.
Opinions of Same
I am a master of unsolicited advice. Frankly, it’s annoying. An outlet for self-expression, I hope this site will help me become a better listener.
Video Breakdowns
I consume hundreds of hours of video training, keynotes, and other education content. Timestamping content helps me learn and teach others.

Evolutionary Biology
Gary Vaynerchuk is the first man the adult me could acknowledge as a “hero.” Without Gary Vee, my hero profiles might not even exist. Certainly, the whole idea of a G.O.A.T. Rank is a tribute to my admiration for him.

Neuroscience
Vishen may be the man I look up to more than any other. His mission of education reform may be the most important of any of my heroes. Over the long-term he may be the favorite for the top spot.
Happiness
Naruto is the most inspiring character I’ve ever come across. What I’ve learned from him is unique. And yet, his story seems inevitable, almost perfect. Watching Naruto, I felt as if it was written from my own heart.
High Performance
To this point, I might have learned more from Brian Johnson than any other person on the planet. He has created a library of classic and modern teachings on becoming the best you and living your best life.

HEalth
Brendon Burchard is one of the world’s leading high performance coaches. Before I met Gary Vee, I filled my house with Brendon’s voice almost everyday. His content was the first I used to brainwash myself.
06
Fitness
Nahko is probably my favorite musician today. I use his music to heal and connect with my highest self. There are others I use in the same way. Yet much Naruto’s story, Nahko’s music often feels written just for me.
07
Longevity
Tom is one of the dark horses for top spot over the long term. Similar to Vishen, much of that has to do with the weight of his mission. He wants to “break people out of the Matrix” through entertainment. Smart and strong.

Most people know Gary as “that social media guy.”
For me personally, he’s a lot more.
But I’ll get to that. First, let’s start with a…

My Progress So Far
More than anyone else:
Gary is the reason I started creating hero profiles.
Now that I’ve started, I see that his profile may be less useful than my other heroes to other people. But his will likely always remain the most important to me.
I fucking love this dude. He changed my life.
More accurately, he teamed up with Nahko to save my life.
I’m not quite sure when I found him. I featured him all the way back in one of my first posts for Greensboro SEO Pro.

2023 Content Challenge Week 25: ❌❌❌✅❌❌❌ How embarrassing. 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ This round up post is a part of a catch-up campaign, along with several others from 2023. Unlike my catch-up posts from the 2022 Content Challenge though, I can be sure that all of these are...

2024 Content Challenge Week 9: ❌❌✅❌❌❌❌ Eh. 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ So I guess this is the beginning of a return to form? At least, it's a return to the documentation of my form. And it really doesn't look pretty. 😭😭😭 What Got Done? It may not have shown up on This Site, but I...
2023 Content Round Up Week 39
2023 Content Challenge Week 39: ❌✅✅✅✅✅✅ Yaaaaay! We're finally back to having a streak to extend. 😍😍😍 It might not be all that much, but it's still something. What Got Done? Two +20-hour work weeks in a row?! Oh la la. Obviously, that ain't nothin' special. But it...
2023 Content Round Up Week 38
2023 Content Challenge Week 38: ❌❌❌✅❌✅✅ So we're almost back on the train after a few months of lethargy. The doldrums haven't lasted that long in the grand scheme of things. Still, it's been pretty ugly for quite a while now. Spotty, but progressing nonetheless....
2023 Content Round Up Week 16
2023 Content Challenge Week 16: ✅✅✅✅✅✅✅ Last week, I crossed the 8 week, 60-day, and 2-month milestones. I started to do a little bit better at first. But then I let things fall off again. 😭😭😭 What Got Done? I was really starting to reverse the trend. Then I let a...
2023 Content Round Up Week 15
2023 Content Challenge Week 15: ✅✅✅✅✅✅✅ Last week, I crossed the 7 week and 50-day/55-day milestones. There was more to admire in there, but it wasn't much better than the week before. While I'm doing well enough elsewhere, the last couple of weeks have been a true...
2023 Content Round Up Week 14
2023 Content Challenge Week 14: ✅✅✅✅✅✅✅ Last week, I crossed the 6 week and 45-day milestones... barely. 😅 This was easily the weakest week I've had since I got back on the content-production train. Even so, my content streak lives on. What Got Done? Not. Very. ...
2023 Content Round Up Week 13
2023 Content Challenge Week 13: ✅✅✅✅✅✅✅ Last week, I crossed the 5 week and 40-day milestones. That means I'm only a few weeks away from making this one of my top-five longest content streaks ever. Honestly, it's not much. But considering the way this year started,...
