Zach Bradshaw’s
Heroes &
Role Models
I value good role models. I use these “heroes” pages as a catalogue of the men and women I look up to (and the things they have to teach). They are an easy outlet for my content challenges. And while I don’t necessarily look up to all of them, I am not above learning from any of them.

What's in a Hero?
not just a savior… in this context, someone to look up to… a role model
What You’ll Find Here
For the time being, this site is mostly just a data dump. Over time, it may become more useful to the outside observer. Who knows?
My Own Research
I am the definition of a know-it-all. Hopefully, someone else can use that to their advantage. These pages are to cataloging my learnings.
Opinions of Same
I am a master of unsolicited advice. Frankly, it’s annoying. An outlet for self-expression, I hope this site will help me become a better listener.
Video Breakdowns
I consume hundreds of hours of video training, keynotes, and other education content. Timestamping content helps me learn and teach others.
I don’t claim to be an expert on anything I write about.
Hell, I hardly claim to be an expert on myself. 😂😂😂
These breakdowns are largely for me. I use them to record and reference. Unlike most others on this site though, this goal setting page might actually be useful to the outside observer.
No promises. You can tell me.

There’s a lot that goes into [achieving/learning this favorite]. Here’s a quick look at what the [this favorite] journey has been like for me.
The Shoulders of Giants
I’m not 100% sure how all of this concept came about.
It kinda’ just happened.
At some point I started cataloging information by person. A decade or more later, I have a bunch of semi-complete “hero” pages on my personal website. 😅
It’s useful (for me). But of course, I can’t deny the dorkiness of it all.
Plus, calling some most of these people “my heroes” is quite the stretch. Maybe one day, I change it to “profiles” (or maybe just delete/unpublish them altogether).

G.O.A.T. Rank – My Top Teachers
01
Jordan Peterson
If you ask me, Jordan B. Peterson is probably the most important man or woman on the planet right now. His impact on society will be felt for generations to come. There is probably no one I look up to more than him.
02
Gary Vee
Gary Vaynerchuk is the first man the adult me could acknowledge as a “hero.” Without Gary Vee, my hero profiles might not even exist. Certainly, the whole idea of a G.O.A.T. Rank is a tribute to my admiration for him.
03
Naruto Uzumaki
Naruto is the most inspiring character I’ve ever come across. What I’ve learned from him is unique. And yet, his story seems inevitable, almost perfect. Watching Naruto, I felt as if it was written from my own heart.
04
Jesse Lee Peterson
JLP is quite an enigma. While most may know him as a “coon” or “Uncle Tom,” his listeners see him Jesse as one of our greatest champions in the fight against the “Children of the Lie.” He instantly gained my attention when I heard the way he emphasizes Forgiveness.
05
Vishen Lakhiani
Vishen is a visionary leader. His mission of education reform is one of the most important of any of my heroes. Before Jordan Peterson came onto the scene, he was my favorite for the top spot over the long term.
06
Les Brown
Much like Brendon Burchard, Les Brown’s voice has filled my home on many occasions. He is a staple of many of the best moticuts. There is true power in his words—and the personal stories those words invoke.
07
Brian Johnson
To this point, I might have learned more from Brian Johnson than any other person on the planet. He has created a library of classic and modern teachings on becoming the best you and living your best life.
08
Nahko bear
Nahko is probably my favorite musician today. I use his music to heal and connect with my highest self. There are others I use in the same way. Yet much Naruto’s story, Nahko’s music often feels written just for me.
09
Patrick Bet-David
Patrick Bet-David is one of leading entrepreneurial leaders of our time. Through his brand, Valuetainment, he has helped educate millions of business owners (and aspring business owners) around the world
10
Brendon Burchard
Brendon Burchard is one of the world’s leading high performance coaches. Before I met Gary Vee, I filled my house with Brendon’s voice almost everyday. His content was the first I used to brainwash myself.
11
David Goggins
David Goggins may be the most inspiring person on the planet today. He’s definitely in the running for toughest. This man sets an example few could truly follow but almost anyone could learn from.
12
Tom Bilyeu
Tom is one of the dark horses for top spot over the long term. Similar to Vishen, much of that has to do with the weight of his mission. He wants to “break people out of the Matrix” through entertainment. Smart and strong.
13
Grant Cardone
Grant Cardone makes this list because he is one of the most important voices for financial freedom on the planet today. This makes him another dark horse for my top five over the long-term. After all, money is hard.
14
Greg Plitt
Greg Plitt was one of (if not the) greatest fitness model of all time. But he makes my list as a motivational speaker. Like a few others, his voice has been a part of my day 100s of times. I’m probably a better man for it.
15
Alex Hormozi
Alex Hormozi is probably my all-time fastest riser. When he first jumped on the scene, he was EVERYWHERE. Elite marketing execution. Since then, he has cemented himself as one of the entrepreneurial GOATs.
Elite/top tier 2020s entrepreneur… so naturally a fountain of information on mindset, productivity, biohacking… as well as more nitty gritty things like marketing automation and funnel development
16
Andy Frisella
Full-time business-building gangster. Part time culture warrior. Andy Frisella is one of the most no-B.S. talking heads in the entrepreneurial space.
15
Andrew Huberman
Andrew Huberman is one of the few—if not only—”famous” neuro scientists alive today.
16
Ragnar Lothbrook
Ragnar Lothbrook is me in another life. 😂 That goes for both the real life historical figure and the character based on him from the show Vikings. He’s my favorite character from my favorite show, though he may actually be more villain than hero (especially if you’re a Saxon!).
Oh how the little pigges will squeal when they hear how the old boar died.
15
Elon Musk
Still fairly skeptical but looking like one of the few “good” billionaires/billionaires on the side of common sense… though he sure is a transhumanist liberal at heart (and therefore a potential false idol on the right)
16
Donald Trump
Donald Trump is probably the most polarizing public figure in the world today. From businessman to reality TV star, then to POTUS. Now, his cult of personality is a once-in-a-generation political force.
Does he put it do good use?
Extremely skeptical but has the potential to top the list if he gives the libertarians what they want LOLOLOLOLOL
sometimes maybe good sometimes maybe shit meme for his politics on his hero page
15
Tony Robbins
The personal growth GOAT… so many people talk about listening to his tapes
16
Ray Dalio
one of the most decorated/notorious/successful modern investors
15
Alex Becker
I want to put Becker higher on the list, but I can’t quite justify it. Still, he is one of my biggest personal influences. In terms of entrepreneurship, my journey has largely followed his (though obviously on a much lower scale).
one of my biggest personal influences, especially in the work from home/SEO, then investing/entrepreneur/crypto spaces
16
Jesus Christ
The actual GOAT… casual blasphemy having him below ____/so far down the list
Remember: just start. The first time you put your goals on paper, you’re closer to achieving your dreams than 90% of the population.
Types of Heroes
To start:
I don’t necessarily ‘look up to” all of these people.
In fact, there are some whose character I rate quite poorly. There are others I disagree with quite a bit. However, I’m not above learning from anyone.
This “heroes” list has evolved in a sporadic fashion over the last several years. Theoretically, they are pages to explore (and perhaps explain and/or elaborate on) specific people’s ideas. In practicality though, 99% of them serve as data dumps, with the majority unpublished link lists on the backend of this site.
The
Bradshaws
There is a lot that goes into. I can’t make up my mind whether to focus on the writing or the designing. I guess it doesn’t matter. The daily content challenge marches on.
The Best
Businessmen
I’ve consumed an obscene amount of entrepreneurship content. I’m interested in all the models, but I try to focus on the principles. Of course, that is easier said than done (especially with all the different styles). As always, I try to find what applies most and catelog or discard the rest.
High
Performers
I aspire to the peak of human potential (though I fall short most of the time 🥴). I’m definitely in the top .00001% of personal growth and study. I can’t help but want to be great. Of course, I fall prey to distraction and the like, but I am definitely a self-educated “expert” on things like Deep Work, Productivity, and getting into Flow State.
Citizen
Journalists
Without the Internet, I believe we would all be screwed. I admire and appreciate citizen journalists greatly. At times, I’ve even considered getting in the game myself. However, it’s already taxing enough as a more casual observer. Making a career out of it sounds much worse.
Money
Masters
Like the rest of these, I hope that this site holds documentation of my rise to join this group. Financial freedom is one of my biggest goals. And while I know I don’t have to become a true “money master” to achieve that, I also know that everyone can benefit from the skills.
All of My Heroes
Lifelong Learner
The voices of my heroes fill my life.
Eventually, I hope that their presence does as well.
My ability to make that happen depends largely on my application of their teachings. I thirst for knowledge. I consume it in all forms and across various topics.
That’s how I became an elite Internet marketer.
Thanks to the Internet Era, digital marketing won’t be the last topic I master.
