Rain games were always my favorite.

Competing against the other team is fun.

But going toe to toe with mother nature makes it even better.

I thrive when sh!t hits the fan.

So I welcome the flood.

I’m gritty and adaptable.  I need to make sure my team is too.

So I welcome the experience.

Plus, we almost slipped up.

Perfect.

Second Quarter of the Fourth Game

Overall, this was a flat-out DOMINANT week.

But I did get a scare on Friday morning.  I was totally crestfallen for a few minutes.  I thought we had dropped the ball.

For a moment, it looked like we had failed to post anything on Wednesday.  We had a new page scheduled on ZachBradshaw.com but it didn’t get published.  It was accidentally saved as a draft instead.

Just five days after passed the century mark, my last consecutive content streak would have to be reset.

😫💔😭

Luckily, other updates saved the day.

It was a close call, a slip in the rain.

But we only bent.  We did not break.

And now I see how I can make my content publishing setup even more robust.  Bake in a little more redundancy and the 2020 Content Challenge starts to look like a safe bet through the rest of the year.

Sounds strong.

Perhaps a little premature too.

You can’t call an undefeated season at halftime in the fourth game.

But you can make it the goal before the season starts.  That’s exactly what I did.

Now, we’ve got a small lead, thanks to a killer second quarter.  The rain came down.  We put our foot on their neck.  But they started this quarter with a slight lead due to the first quarter’s Soft Start.

If not for that, this one might be out of reach already.

Regardless, they feel lucky to hear the halftime horn.

Zach Bradshaw Publishing 4/5/20 – 4/11/20

This week saw a little bit of everything.

Citations Optimization, WordPress Optimization, and more coming from my marketing agency.  Then This Site saw several major developments.  First, my Credit Cards starting getting some unique content!  🤑  Then, we’ve got layout developments brewing everywhere.

It sounds corny.  I know it’s cliché.  But I’m pretty sure 2020 is my year.

I’m owning it.

Despite the near slip-up, this week was no exception.

Here’s the full play-by-play:

The Week Ahead

After last week:

My weekly content streak now is up to 108 days (begun December 26th, 2019).

That is also my current record.  Before this, my longest streak was 96 days during my 2019 Daily Content Challenge.

Based on scheduling, I’m already set to extend that for 2 more.

So how close are we to winning April?

Despite our momentum, this one is still a close game.

They are sure to come out with some fight after halftime.

But we’ll be ready, no matter what they or Mother Nature throws at us.
