Zach Bradshaw’s
Favorite
Topics
My thirst for knowledge is unquenchable. I use these “favorites” pages partially as a means to lock in the things I learn and partially as a strategy to help keep me from talking peoples’ ears off. They are also one of the easiest outlets for my content challenges. I’m going to learn these things anyway, why not write about them too?
Ground
What The Heck Is This?
Like the title says, these are my favorite topics. Well, my favorite topics are probably things like LoTR, ASOIAF, and WH40K. 🤓 I am a true nerd, after all. So I guess these are my favorite life improvement topics. Personal development, life skills, classic arts, and anything else I binge-learn (or want to).
What You’ll Find Here
So far, only a few of these pages have any real value. In fact, +90% of them are data dumps or placeholders. But the ones I have completed are some of my best stuff.
My Own Research
I am the definition of a know-it-all. Hopefully, someone else can use that to their advantage. These pages are to cataloging my learnings.
Opinions of Same
I am a master of unsolicited advice. Frankly, it’s annoying. An outlet for self-expression, I hope this site will help me become a better listener.
Video Breakdowns
I consume hours upon hours of video training, keynotes, and other education content. Timestamping content helps me learn and teach others.
The Long Game
This Site serves a few purposes for me.
These “favorites” check more of the boxes than anything else here.
ZachBradshaw.com is the manifestation of my favorite rabbit holes. I pride myself in being an autodidact. And these pages are great way of exploring these topics.
First, I use them as a resource dump, especially for YouTube videos. Then, the lose templates help me frame my learning. Finally (and most importantly), I must think critically about the subject matter to write the page.
As a bonus, when I’m doing my typical know-it-all things and monologuing about a topic, I have a reference for my ramblings.
😅😄😅
What a pretentious git—I know. I’m sure it’s an absolute delight for my family and friends.
🤷♂️🤦♂️🤷♂️
95% of it is still under construction. As soon as I get some of it cleaned up, I find a new obsession and vomit out a bunch of new stuff.
🥴🥴🥴
Anyway, let’s get into it.
Zach’s Favorites
For the purposes of this site (and to a lesser degree, real life), I put my learnings into two big buckets.

Mastery of Self

Mastery of the World
Each of these has a long list of subcategories whose subcategories have subcategories. At the top level, it looks like this:

Achievement
Achievement is my first, most developed topic. It’s also what I need and have benefited most from learning about.

Character
In my opinion, character is pretty much what life is all about.

Spirit
Some say we are spirits having a human experience (as opposed to the inverse). True or not, idk but I sure like thinking about it all.

Self Awareness
For better or worse, I was basically born a master of this one.

Health
Not my favorite thing to learn about BUT I am pretty good at applying the things I know and making them into consistent habits (perhaps better than any other).

Personal Growth
Half of the purpose of this site is personal growth, for both execution and documentation.

Love
This is filler. This is filler. This is filler. this is filler. This is filler. This is filler.

Happiness
I care way more about doing good than feeling good… but feeling good is okay too.

Money Mastery
While not my favorites aspect of our world, responsible humans must have a understanding of finance.

Marketing
Not sure “favorite” fits but marketing is how I put food on my table.

Entrepreneurship
Building businesses is fun. I’m something like the (novice) serial entrepreneur.

Society
Politics, history, and all other things involving the collective human experience and civilization.

Self Sufficiency
Gardening. Cooking. Survival. This is where I would spend my time if I had no real-world responsibilities.

Reality
The nature of existence, especially human existence, is one of the most ubiquitous mysteries there is.

Future Think
Quantum computing. Next gen healthcare. Transhumanism. I’m interested in all of it.
The “Good” Ones
So far, only a few of these have any real value. The vast majority are simply data dumps. Eventually, each category will be fleshed out (and/or spun off into its own Brand).
Here’s a list of “complete” pages so far:

Achievement
Earn with every purchase. This card accumulates points quickly. Do it right and you can often beat the return offered by similar cashback cards.
