Biohacking
Resources

Biohacking is one of those little-known concepts that really should go mainstream.  Understanding the idea alone can help you improve the quality of your life.  This is filler text.  This is filler text.  This is filler text.  This is filler text.  This is filler text.  This is filler text.  This is filler text.

What You’ll Find Here

For the time being, this site is mostly just a data dump.  Over time, it may become more useful to the outside observer.  Who knows?

My Own Research

I am the definition of a know-it-all.  Hopefully, someone else can use that to their advantage.  These pages are to cataloging my learnings.

Opinions of Same

I am a master of unsolicited advice.  Frankly, it’s annoying.  An outlet for self-expression, I hope this site will help me become a better listener.

Video Breakdowns

I consume hundreds of hours of video training, keynotes, and other education content.  Timestamping content helps me learn and teach others.

Top 9 Pieces to the Biohacking Puzzle

01

Evolutionary Biology

Gary Vaynerchuk is the first man the adult me could acknowledge as a “hero.”  Without Gary Vee, my hero profiles might not even exist.  Certainly, the whole idea of a G.O.A.T. Rank is a tribute to my admiration for him.

02

Neuroscience

Vishen may be the man I look up to more than any other.  His mission of education reform may be the most important of any of my heroes.  Over the long-term he may be the favorite for the top spot.

03

Happiness

Naruto is the most inspiring character I’ve ever come across.  What I’ve learned from him is unique.  And yet, his story seems inevitable, almost perfect.  Watching Naruto, I felt as if it was written from my own heart.

04

High Performance

To this point, I might have learned more from Brian Johnson than any other person on the planet.  He has created a library of classic and modern teachings on becoming the best you and living your best life.

05

HEalth

Brendon Burchard is one of the world’s leading high performance coaches.  Before I met Gary Vee, I filled my house with Brendon’s voice almost everyday.  His content was the first I used to brainwash myself.

06

Fitness

Nahko is probably my favorite musician today.  I use his music to heal and connect with my highest self.  There are others I use in the same way.  Yet much Naruto’s story, Nahko’s music often feels written just for me.

07

Longevity

Tom is one of the dark horses for top spot over the long term.  Similar to Vishen, much of that has to do with the weight of his mission.  He wants to “break people out of the Matrix” through entertainment.  Smart and strong.

08

Sleep

Nahko is probably my favorite musician today.  I use his music to heal and connect with my highest self.  There are others I use in the same way.  Yet much Naruto’s story, Nahko’s music often feels written just for me.

09

Diet

Learn With Me

Most people know Gary as “that social media guy.”

For me personally, he’s a lot more.

But I’ll get to that.  First, let’s start with a…

My Progress So Far

More than anyone else:

Gary is the reason I started creating hero profiles.

Now that I’ve started, I see that his profile may be less useful than my other heroes to other people.  But his will likely always remain the most important to me.

I fucking love this dude.  He changed my life.

More accurately, he teamed up with Nahko to save my life.

I’m not quite sure when I found him.  I featured him all the way back in one of my first posts for Greensboro SEO Pro.

365 Day Content Challenge Week 40: Blood in the Streets

365 Day Content Challenge Week 40: Blood in the Streets

On some levels, this week was the same as last: Conservative Progress. However, there is a new sense of urgency. Several years ago, I wrote a post called simply called Motivation.  It's buried somewhere among my backups for the old ZachBradshaw.Co. I think it's about...

365 Day Content Challenge Week 39: Conservative Progress

365 Day Content Challenge Week 39: Conservative Progress

The world outside is talking about Recession. Meanwhile, the Daily Content Challenge marches on. I've always kept a cool head when sh!t hit the fan. I love Affirmations along the lines of: "I'm built for adversity.  I thrive through the tough times." They ring true...

365 Day Content Challenge Week 38: Constructive on the Weekly

365 Day Content Challenge Week 38: Constructive on the Weekly

Another pound of ground beef down... Or maybe just another week of content. I've been consuming so much Krown I'm not sure. Whatever the case, my content production has been showing a strong correlation with BTC on the weekly and monthly timeframes. We've seen a...

365 Day Content Challenge Week 37: Consolidation

365 Day Content Challenge Week 37: Consolidation

This week was weak. 😒💩👎 But my streak is still chugging along. 😁📈🙏 Things might be in a big of a pullback. That's fine.  It's healthy for markets and it's healthy for my Daily Content Challenge. Making creativity a habit is a crucial part of this exercise. Placing a...

365 Day Content Challenge Week 36: Safety Net

365 Day Content Challenge Week 36: Safety Net

It might not be smooth... But it is getting done. I'm a week behind on my update posts. Yet my current streak is still alive. From the outside, it might look like it's hanging on by a thread. However that's not what's going on.  The truth is I've probably been...

365 Day Content Challenge Week 35: Trusted Systems

365 Day Content Challenge Week 35: Trusted Systems

This Daily Content Challenge is boosting my Productivity across multiple planes. First, it's a test of (and eventually a testament to) my personal content production abilities. Second, it's a way for me to create and refine content production systems for my Digital...

365 Day Content Challenge Week 34: Alchemy

365 Day Content Challenge Week 34: Alchemy

Without a doubt: My content production was the lowest this past week than it has been Before making up last week's update, I would have thought it was the last several weeks. But that's not what happened. This week was exceptionally weak within the context of my...

365 Day Content Challenge Week 33: Black As Night

365 Day Content Challenge Week 33: Black As Night

As I started to put this one together—over two weeks ago now—I planned to call it "New Dawn." Coming back and knocking out this update to my Daily Content Challenge a week late, I thought the new title made more sense. Sorry Nahko. I usually use Healing Music for that...

365 Day Content Challenge Week 32: Renewed Commitment

365 Day Content Challenge Week 32: Renewed Commitment

Last week I allowed Inertia to push me along. This week I did not. This week I put a hard stop to my content streak. And I made some much needed decisions about this Daily Content Challenge. It's served me well so far. But recently I've come to realize that it needed...
