Biohacking
Resources

Biohacking is one of those little-known concepts that really should go mainstream.  Understanding the idea alone can help you improve the quality of your life.  This is filler text.  This is filler text.  This is filler text.  This is filler text.  This is filler text.  This is filler text.  This is filler text.

What You’ll Find Here

For the time being, this site is mostly just a data dump.  Over time, it may become more useful to the outside observer.  Who knows?

My Own Research

I am the definition of a know-it-all.  Hopefully, someone else can use that to their advantage.  These pages are to cataloging my learnings.

Opinions of Same

I am a master of unsolicited advice.  Frankly, it’s annoying.  An outlet for self-expression, I hope this site will help me become a better listener.

Video Breakdowns

I consume hundreds of hours of video training, keynotes, and other education content.  Timestamping content helps me learn and teach others.

Top 9 Pieces to the Biohacking Puzzle

01

Evolutionary Biology

Gary Vaynerchuk is the first man the adult me could acknowledge as a “hero.”  Without Gary Vee, my hero profiles might not even exist.  Certainly, the whole idea of a G.O.A.T. Rank is a tribute to my admiration for him.

02

Neuroscience

Vishen may be the man I look up to more than any other.  His mission of education reform may be the most important of any of my heroes.  Over the long-term he may be the favorite for the top spot.

03

Happiness

Naruto is the most inspiring character I’ve ever come across.  What I’ve learned from him is unique.  And yet, his story seems inevitable, almost perfect.  Watching Naruto, I felt as if it was written from my own heart.

04

High Performance

To this point, I might have learned more from Brian Johnson than any other person on the planet.  He has created a library of classic and modern teachings on becoming the best you and living your best life.

05

HEalth

Brendon Burchard is one of the world’s leading high performance coaches.  Before I met Gary Vee, I filled my house with Brendon’s voice almost everyday.  His content was the first I used to brainwash myself.

06

Fitness

Nahko is probably my favorite musician today.  I use his music to heal and connect with my highest self.  There are others I use in the same way.  Yet much Naruto’s story, Nahko’s music often feels written just for me.

07

Longevity

Tom is one of the dark horses for top spot over the long term.  Similar to Vishen, much of that has to do with the weight of his mission.  He wants to “break people out of the Matrix” through entertainment.  Smart and strong.

08

Sleep

Nahko is probably my favorite musician today.  I use his music to heal and connect with my highest self.  There are others I use in the same way.  Yet much Naruto’s story, Nahko’s music often feels written just for me.

09

Diet

Tom is one of the dark horses for top spot over the long term.  Similar to Vishen, much of that has to do with the weight of his mission.  He wants to “break people out of the Matrix” through entertainment.  Smart and strong.

Learn With Me

Most people know Gary as “that social media guy.”

For me personally, he’s a lot more.

But I’ll get to that.  First, let’s start with a…

My Progress So Far

More than anyone else:

Gary is the reason I started creating hero profiles.

Now that I’ve started, I see that his profile may be less useful than my other heroes to other people.  But his will likely always remain the most important to me.

I fucking love this dude.  He changed my life.

More accurately, he teamed up with Nahko to save my life.

I’m not quite sure when I found him.  I featured him all the way back in one of my first posts for Greensboro SEO Pro.

2020 Content Challenge Week 22 Review: Blow Out Cont’d

2020 Content Challenge Week 22 Review: Blow Out Cont’d

There goes my undefeated season. 👎📉😞 With back to back weeks with broken streaks, it'd be just about impossible to call this one a win. I might have gotten a lot done. But I didn't get the right things done. A lot of working while watching protests this week. 👀👀👀 Not...

2020 Content Challenge Week 21 Review: Blow Out

2020 Content Challenge Week 21 Review: Blow Out

(5/31/2020 Update: Original Name: Barn Burner) This week, we realized what this game is: A true barn burner. Like I touched on last week, my to-do is currently in infinite expansion mode. I'm knocking stuff out relentlessly only to look up and see the goal posts have...

2020 Content Challenge Week 20 Review: Table Turner

2020 Content Challenge Week 20 Review: Table Turner

This week was similar to last week. But it feels so different. If we got blown out last week, we definitely turned the tables on this one. Or maybe, it's just been a high scoring game all along. I'm not sure whether we actually Got Dragged last week or whether we've...

2020 Content Challenge Week 19 Review: Getting Dragged

2020 Content Challenge Week 19 Review: Getting Dragged

This week we sucked. Came out flat and unprepared. Got our ass handed to us, to say the least. We now face our biggest deficit of the season. We're down something like 21-0... after the first quarter! 😭😭😭 After last month's grueling overtime tie, it's not that big a...

2020 Content Challenge Week 18 Review: Poor Game Management

2020 Content Challenge Week 18 Review: Poor Game Management

This week felt like we took an L. If I was counting each week as a single game, it probably would be. Truly, I would probably call April a loss anyway if not for how well we are set up for the future. So my football analogy is obviously pretty loose. Still, it helps...

2020 Content Challenge Week 17 Review: Backpedaling

2020 Content Challenge Week 17 Review: Backpedaling

This week we backtracked. It wasn't all bad. But this game is definitely headed to overtime. For the second time this season, we failed to get the job done in the fourth quarter. Fortunately, April is a 5-week month for me. So we get one more quarter to make it right....

2020 Content Challenge Week 16 Review: Foot Off the Pedal

2020 Content Challenge Week 16 Review: Foot Off the Pedal

This week was certainly not my best. My content production suffered from something like poor game management this week. I got a little conservative with the play calling and let them get back in the game. The third quarter is too early for such nonsense. It's better...

2020 Content Challenge Week 15 Review: The Flood Cometh

2020 Content Challenge Week 15 Review: The Flood Cometh

Rain games were always my favorite. Competing against the other team is fun. But going toe to toe with mother nature makes it even better. I thrive when sh!t hits the fan. So I welcome the flood. I'm gritty and adaptable.  I need to make sure my team is too. So I...

2020 Content Challenge Week 14 Review: Soft Start

2020 Content Challenge Week 14 Review: Soft Start

This wasn't as bad as it looks. 😂🤣😂🤣😂 A soft start isn't ideal. But it was still better than Game 3's Stop and Start or Trick Play bullcrap. Obviously, I want to return to my Smash Mouth ways as soon as possible. The grind is where I excel most. We've gotten away from...
