Biohacking
Resources

Biohacking is one of those little-known concepts that really should go mainstream.  Understanding the idea alone can help you improve the quality of your life.  This is filler text.  This is filler text.  This is filler text.  This is filler text.  This is filler text.  This is filler text.  This is filler text.

What You’ll Find Here

For the time being, this site is mostly just a data dump.  Over time, it may become more useful to the outside observer.  Who knows?

My Own Research

I am the definition of a know-it-all.  Hopefully, someone else can use that to their advantage.  These pages are to cataloging my learnings.

Opinions of Same

I am a master of unsolicited advice.  Frankly, it’s annoying.  An outlet for self-expression, I hope this site will help me become a better listener.

Video Breakdowns

I consume hundreds of hours of video training, keynotes, and other education content.  Timestamping content helps me learn and teach others.

Top 9 Pieces to the Biohacking Puzzle

01

Evolutionary Biology

Gary Vaynerchuk is the first man the adult me could acknowledge as a “hero.”  Without Gary Vee, my hero profiles might not even exist.  Certainly, the whole idea of a G.O.A.T. Rank is a tribute to my admiration for him.

02

Neuroscience

Vishen may be the man I look up to more than any other.  His mission of education reform may be the most important of any of my heroes.  Over the long-term he may be the favorite for the top spot.

03

Happiness

Naruto is the most inspiring character I’ve ever come across.  What I’ve learned from him is unique.  And yet, his story seems inevitable, almost perfect.  Watching Naruto, I felt as if it was written from my own heart.

04

High Performance

To this point, I might have learned more from Brian Johnson than any other person on the planet.  He has created a library of classic and modern teachings on becoming the best you and living your best life.

05

HEalth

Brendon Burchard is one of the world’s leading high performance coaches.  Before I met Gary Vee, I filled my house with Brendon’s voice almost everyday.  His content was the first I used to brainwash myself.

06

Fitness

Nahko is probably my favorite musician today.  I use his music to heal and connect with my highest self.  There are others I use in the same way.  Yet much Naruto’s story, Nahko’s music often feels written just for me.

07

Longevity

Tom is one of the dark horses for top spot over the long term.  Similar to Vishen, much of that has to do with the weight of his mission.  He wants to “break people out of the Matrix” through entertainment.  Smart and strong.

08

Sleep

Nahko is probably my favorite musician today.  I use his music to heal and connect with my highest self.  There are others I use in the same way.  Yet much Naruto’s story, Nahko’s music often feels written just for me.

09

Diet

Tom is one of the dark horses for top spot over the long term.  Similar to Vishen, much of that has to do with the weight of his mission.  He wants to “break people out of the Matrix” through entertainment.  Smart and strong.

Learn With Me

Most people know Gary as “that social media guy.”

For me personally, he’s a lot more.

But I’ll get to that.  First, let’s start with a…

My Progress So Far

More than anyone else:

Gary is the reason I started creating hero profiles.

Now that I’ve started, I see that his profile may be less useful than my other heroes to other people.  But his will likely always remain the most important to me.

I fucking love this dude.  He changed my life.

More accurately, he teamed up with Nahko to save my life.

I’m not quite sure when I found him.  I featured him all the way back in one of my first posts for Greensboro SEO Pro.

2020 Content Challenge Week 13 Review: Trying to Lose

2020 Content Challenge Week 13 Review: Trying to Lose

This week we played like we wanted to lose. On the brink of 100 straight days of content... I'm grateful we didn't. 🙏🙏🙏 It was close one.  But it shouldn't have been. I made some boneheaded decisions that cost us. Luckily, I had some teammates who were able to bail me...

2020 Content Challenge Week 12 Review: Trick Plays & Other B.S.

2020 Content Challenge Week 12 Review: Trick Plays & Other B.S.

This game just keeps getting crazier and crazier. Coronavirus has the world on edge. As a Work From Home Junkie, it hasn't really affected me yet. Quarantine doesn't mean all that much to me at this point. I do have some clients who are struggling with the lockdown....

2020 Content Challenge Week 11 Review: Stop and Start

2020 Content Challenge Week 11 Review: Stop and Start

This week the world had to take an injury timeout. COVID-19 is beginning to bring the world to a standstill. It turned the second quarter of March into a real stop-and-start affair. We kept the lead but it feels like we lost our momentum. In the first quarter we...

2020 Content Challenge Week 10 Review: Smash Mouth

2020 Content Challenge Week 10 Review: Smash Mouth

This was a strong week. On script.  Dominating time of possession. It's not a blow out yet. But it is setting up to be. I'm getting a little Carolina Panthers 2015 vibe from this one. This is that "go out and hit 'em in the mouth" ish. 👊🤩💪 Smash mouth football has...

2020 Content Challenge Week 9 Review: Championship Mentality

2020 Content Challenge Week 9 Review: Championship Mentality

This week we finished the game strong. February was truly one of those character-building games. Overall, it was a tough, come-from-behind grinder. We had a really strong second half. And we definitely needed it after that first quarter. But we showed the heart of...

2020 Content Challenge Week 8 Review: Stealing Momentum

2020 Content Challenge Week 8 Review: Stealing Momentum

This was a successful week. I'd say I'm just barely losing on my monthly goals. After Week 6, that's an accomplishment within itself. I'm still not ahead though. I have to be clutch in the fourth quarter. 😁😁😁 My favorite. Third Quarter of the Second Game Truth be...

2020 Content Challenge Week 7 Review: The Bounce Back

2020 Content Challenge Week 7 Review: The Bounce Back

This week we got back in the game. If last week was a 14-0 first quarter... This week I brought the deficit down to something like 24-14. It wasn't pretty but I definitely closed the gap. To a large degree, we're back on script. But we still have another half to play....

2020 Content Challenge Week 6 Review: Smacked in the Mouth

2020 Content Challenge Week 6 Review: Smacked in the Mouth

This week was a tough one. Execution was nowhere near crisp enough. Now, we're down on the score. Fortunately, I was able to get a few points on the board. At least my content streak is still alive. Despite getting smacked in the mouth, First Quarter of the Second...

2020 Content Challenge Week 5 Review: The Right Intangibles

2020 Content Challenge Week 5 Review: The Right Intangibles

This week I made it harder than it had to be. Yet, a win is a win. I don't mind winning ugly. And close games build character. Not to mention, I was able to make some massive deposits on the future. Winning a championship often comes down to intangibles. This week, we...
