2024 Content Challenge Week 23:

✅✅✅✅✅✅✅

The pressure is finally palpable.

I crossed the 12-week, 85-day, and 90-day marks this week.

That means I’ve officially smacked a fully fiscal quarter’s worth of content updates.  And while I still have a few more weeks to go before the calendar says so, this is the first time in a long time where I have that I can’t let this streak get snapped feeling.

Honestly, it’s soooooo nice.  I dunno how I lived without it for so long.

I just don’t see myself faltering anytime soon.

How could I?

I’m less than 10 days from crossing into triple digits and less than 30 away from being able to say “I put out new content every single day of quarter 2.

It’s basically inevitable, as long as I avoid technical difficulties.

What Got Done?

In all honesty, I feel off pretty drastically from last week.

It was probably my least productive week in a month or so—in terms of both output and hours put in.

I anticipated some difficulty, largely due to how “big brain” the next things on the docket were.  Pretty much everything I did was extremely mentally taxing.  It was a real gear change after getting the first batch of my Candlestick Patterns posts complete.  Since I have content scheduled all the way into July, last week was all about (re)prioritizing my next steps.

To be fair to myself, I was largely successful in that endeavor.

I know exactly how my next couple of weeks should look.  If I can stay on track, this year has the potential to be one of my best ever.  You would have had a hard time convincing me of that a month or so ago.

Even sweeter, it’s all getting a lot more fun too.

Last Week Was the Week That…

I guess Enzo Maresca was officially announced.

I thought he was named the week before, but I guess that was only journalist insider confirmation.

Either way, it means the same thing.

Aside from that, I didn’t pay attention to much in media.  The only exception would be the conversation around the “gayest Star Wars ever.”

Absolute wankers!

More importantly, it was the first time music brought me to tears in quite a long time.  It felt great to be so moved again.  Hopefully, YouTube can feed me some more good tunes soon.

Aside from that, I started some important computer clean up.  (100 tabs down; 1000 more to go!  😅)

Now, all I have to do is recapture my momentum from May.

I’m confident it’s coming.

Content Streak

After last week:

My weekly content streak now is up to 91 days (begun Week 10), which is the longest streak of my 2024 Content Challenge so far.

In 2023, my longest streak was 62 days, from Week 8 to Week 16.  My longest streak ever was during my 2022 Content Challenge, snapped at 217 days in a row in Week 24.  My best during 2021’s Content Challenge was 67 days, from Week 14 to Week 23.  And my best in 2020 was 157 days in a row, which ended in Week 21.

The march toward a full 365 continues.  📈
