2025 Content Challenge Week 3:
✅✅✅✅✅✅✅
That was easy.
Over 20 days again, just like that.
It may not be much, but it is 5% of the way to the full 365.
As long as I keep that possibility alive, I’m happy.
Even better though, it was a pretty solid overall.
What Got Done?
I finally got a post to what I consider “optimized.”
My Ascending Triangles post is indisputably the best post on ascending triangle patterns on the Internet. And my Chart Patterns template is so good that I am expecting something special over the next few months. If I am able to finish one or two of these a week, I’d be incredibly optimistic.
As things stand, I might be able to do five or ten. It won’t be easy. 4000 words ain’t no joke. But neither is my template. If not for all the graphic creation and footprint optimization that goes along with it, I’d be tempted to call it easy.
More realistically, each new post will take me two days. Then the images will add another. That is until I get to each pattern’s opposite, which I’ll probably be able to do several of per day. First though, I’m going to stick to one side of each pattern to avoid the duplicate content issue I believe lead to my recent rankings drop. Eventually though, I expect the overwhelming quality of these posts to overpower such small issues.
Not to mention, I’ve been itching to knock out my full list of Market Terms.
Whatever the case, life has me locked in on Money Mastery to the highest degree.
FOMO is one hell of a (performance-enhancing) drug.
Last Week Was the Week That…
Chelsea continued to falter against teams we should beat.
With a 2–2 draw at home to Bournemouth, the title race talk has well and truly died. We’re back to fighting for the top 4. Standards FC might shame say its a shame, but that’s fine by me. As a Roy-era Tar Heels fan, I know all about the value of reasonable progression.
Speaking of UNC basketball, I am continuing to lose faith in Hubert Davis as we continue to lose our reputation for dominant rebounding. If only he would play a second big man, or at least Jalen Withers! Three guards, a small forward, and a big that doesn’t even stay in the lane just seems suicidal. It may improve the field goal defense… but that matters little if you can’t close out the possession. Meanwhile, I don’t see how Jalen Washington doesn’t enter the transfer portal next season and put up big numbers somewhere else.
Last week was also the week of UFC 311, where Jiří finished Jamahal and Merab stifled Umar.
After all the blips on my cultural radar last week, I have nothing this week.
The only real notable things were personal.
- My little brother got engaged. 🎉
- I started working out again. 💪
- I started singing again. 🎶
- I put up a 10–0 against some scrub in RISK. 😂
Most importantly though:
I crossed the one-month sober mark.
🤩🤩🤩
Now, I can’t wait for Monday!
