Biohacking
Resources

Biohacking is one of those little-known concepts that really should go mainstream.  Understanding the idea alone can help you improve the quality of your life.  This is filler text.  This is filler text.  This is filler text.  This is filler text.  This is filler text.  This is filler text.  This is filler text.

What You’ll Find Here

For the time being, this site is mostly just a data dump.  Over time, it may become more useful to the outside observer.  Who knows?

My Own Research

I am the definition of a know-it-all.  Hopefully, someone else can use that to their advantage.  These pages are to cataloging my learnings.

Opinions of Same

I am a master of unsolicited advice.  Frankly, it’s annoying.  An outlet for self-expression, I hope this site will help me become a better listener.

Video Breakdowns

I consume hundreds of hours of video training, keynotes, and other education content.  Timestamping content helps me learn and teach others.

Top 9 Pieces to the Biohacking Puzzle

01

Evolutionary Biology

Gary Vaynerchuk is the first man the adult me could acknowledge as a “hero.”  Without Gary Vee, my hero profiles might not even exist.  Certainly, the whole idea of a G.O.A.T. Rank is a tribute to my admiration for him.

02

Neuroscience

Vishen may be the man I look up to more than any other.  His mission of education reform may be the most important of any of my heroes.  Over the long-term he may be the favorite for the top spot.

03

Happiness

Naruto is the most inspiring character I’ve ever come across.  What I’ve learned from him is unique.  And yet, his story seems inevitable, almost perfect.  Watching Naruto, I felt as if it was written from my own heart.

04

High Performance

To this point, I might have learned more from Brian Johnson than any other person on the planet.  He has created a library of classic and modern teachings on becoming the best you and living your best life.

05

HEalth

Brendon Burchard is one of the world’s leading high performance coaches.  Before I met Gary Vee, I filled my house with Brendon’s voice almost everyday.  His content was the first I used to brainwash myself.

06

Fitness

Nahko is probably my favorite musician today.  I use his music to heal and connect with my highest self.  There are others I use in the same way.  Yet much Naruto’s story, Nahko’s music often feels written just for me.

07

Longevity

Tom is one of the dark horses for top spot over the long term.  Similar to Vishen, much of that has to do with the weight of his mission.  He wants to “break people out of the Matrix” through entertainment.  Smart and strong.

08

Sleep

Nahko is probably my favorite musician today.  I use his music to heal and connect with my highest self.  There are others I use in the same way.  Yet much Naruto’s story, Nahko’s music often feels written just for me.

09

Diet

Learn With Me

Most people know Gary as “that social media guy.”

For me personally, he’s a lot more.

But I’ll get to that.  First, let’s start with a…

My Progress So Far

More than anyone else:

Gary is the reason I started creating hero profiles.

Now that I’ve started, I see that his profile may be less useful than my other heroes to other people.  But his will likely always remain the most important to me.

I fucking love this dude.  He changed my life.

More accurately, he teamed up with Nahko to save my life.

I’m not quite sure when I found him.  I featured him all the way back in one of my first posts for Greensboro SEO Pro.

365 Day Content Challenge Week 31: Inertia

365 Day Content Challenge Week 31: Inertia

One of the main goals of my Daily Content Challenge is to create a habit. And it seems that this objective may have already been achieved. ✔ Despite disheartening losses I continue to produce. ✔ Despite a new soul searching mandate last week I continue to produce. ✔...

365 Day Content Challenge Week 30: Moment of Weakness

365 Day Content Challenge Week 30: Moment of Weakness

Maybe I was onto something in last week's update. Or perhaps this is a bit more than simple Deja Vu. It very well could be an indication. Welp.  My content streak is back down to single digits after an apathetic Monday and Tuesday of this past week. 💩 Both days I...

365 Day Content Challenge Week 29: Relentless Restart

365 Day Content Challenge Week 29: Relentless Restart

After last week's flop, I'm back into double digits once again. This thang ain't no joke. I'm gaining more respect for guys like Seth Godin all the time. Still, my Daily Content Challenge marches on. Everything is going fine, minus a minor bout of... Deja Vu I've been...

365 Day Content Challenge Week 28: Double Trouble

365 Day Content Challenge Week 28: Double Trouble

Last week I was so confident. As I write this I'm fairly disappointed. 😩😔😢 On Wednesday though, that feeling was a bit more extreme. I broke my content streak again. Not only was I on the verge of a new record, but I also failed to produce new content (for myself) for...

365 Day Content Challenge Week 27: Marketing Machine

365 Day Content Challenge Week 27: Marketing Machine

This thing is becoming matter of fact. Today was another good week. But it doesn't even seem worth bragging out. At this point, the goal of the 365-Day Content Challenge seems an inevitability. My longest streak so far is 96. I'm less than two weeks from breaking that...

365 Day Content Challenge Week 26: Rising Support

365 Day Content Challenge Week 26: Rising Support

This week felt remarkably easy on the content front. I was saying the same thing just a few weeks ago. And now it's been several weeks since my last slipup. Perhaps I'm coming into my own with the Daily Content Challenge. There is certainly a strong... Base Building...

365 Day Content Challenge Week 25: Lucky Break

365 Day Content Challenge Week 25: Lucky Break

Lot's of resistance to break through this week. But it was indeed broken through. I got a little help I think, but I'm not mad about it. Couldn't be pulling back with BTC blowing back up. 😉📈💰 This one's for you, my spirit guides. Thank you.  Thank you.  Thank you. 🙏💗🙏...

365 Day Content Challenge Week 24: Steadily Rising Tide

365 Day Content Challenge Week 24: Steadily Rising Tide

All markets are surging. At least all markets I follow. The stock market is flirting with a "blue sky" breakout at all time highs.  Bitcoin is still surging toward the $6K mark. And my Daily Content Challenge continued last week's strength. Market Correlation As they...

365 Day Content Challenge Week 23: Crushed

365 Day Content Challenge Week 23: Crushed

It seems like this was an easy week. I'm not sure that's how while I went through it. Looking back on this fine Sunday though, I can't recall much resistance. It seems like the Daily Content Challenge is returning to the level of... Unstoppable Force I almost titled...
