Biohacking
Resources
Biohacking is one of those little-known concepts that really should go mainstream. Understanding the idea alone can help you improve the quality of your life. This is filler text. This is filler text. This is filler text. This is filler text. This is filler text. This is filler text. This is filler text.
What You’ll Find Here
For the time being, this site is mostly just a data dump. Over time, it may become more useful to the outside observer. Who knows?
My Own Research
I am the definition of a know-it-all. Hopefully, someone else can use that to their advantage. These pages are to cataloging my learnings.
Opinions of Same
I am a master of unsolicited advice. Frankly, it’s annoying. An outlet for self-expression, I hope this site will help me become a better listener.
Video Breakdowns
I consume hundreds of hours of video training, keynotes, and other education content. Timestamping content helps me learn and teach others.
Top 9 Pieces to the Biohacking Puzzle
Evolutionary Biology
Gary Vaynerchuk is the first man the adult me could acknowledge as a “hero.” Without Gary Vee, my hero profiles might not even exist. Certainly, the whole idea of a G.O.A.T. Rank is a tribute to my admiration for him.

Neuroscience
Vishen may be the man I look up to more than any other. His mission of education reform may be the most important of any of my heroes. Over the long-term he may be the favorite for the top spot.
Happiness
Naruto is the most inspiring character I’ve ever come across. What I’ve learned from him is unique. And yet, his story seems inevitable, almost perfect. Watching Naruto, I felt as if it was written from my own heart.

High Performance
To this point, I might have learned more from Brian Johnson than any other person on the planet. He has created a library of classic and modern teachings on becoming the best you and living your best life.
05
HEalth
Brendon Burchard is one of the world’s leading high performance coaches. Before I met Gary Vee, I filled my house with Brendon’s voice almost everyday. His content was the first I used to brainwash myself.

06
Fitness
Nahko is probably my favorite musician today. I use his music to heal and connect with my highest self. There are others I use in the same way. Yet much Naruto’s story, Nahko’s music often feels written just for me.
07
Longevity
Tom is one of the dark horses for top spot over the long term. Similar to Vishen, much of that has to do with the weight of his mission. He wants to “break people out of the Matrix” through entertainment. Smart and strong.

Most people know Gary as “that social media guy.”
For me personally, he’s a lot more.
But I’ll get to that. First, let’s start with a…

My Progress So Far
More than anyone else:
Gary is the reason I started creating hero profiles.
Now that I’ve started, I see that his profile may be less useful than my other heroes to other people. But his will likely always remain the most important to me.
I fucking love this dude. He changed my life.
More accurately, he teamed up with Nahko to save my life.
I’m not quite sure when I found him. I featured him all the way back in one of my first posts for Greensboro SEO Pro.

Personal Branding Update 2019
This post is long overdue. It's nothing special. But the earlier I get this done, the better. I am working on my personal brand this year. Now, I'm nobody special. But I am trying to build a massive business. Besides, I listen to too much Gary Vee not to take...
365-Day Daily Content Challenge: A Humble Beginning
I've been writing online for half a decade now. I've been getting websites to page one of Google for almost as long. For a variety of reasons (read: excuses), I've failed to produce content consistently for myself. I got GreensboroSEOPro.com—along with several of its...
Heroes vs. Role Models
I am the hero of my own story. After all, who else could be? Once upon a time, my hero was Barry Sanders. I thought I was going to rush for 2,000+ yards and become the greatest running back of all time—just like Barry. The only difference was that I was going to win...
My Month in Personal Growth – October 2018
Late. It's okay though. I rebuilt GreensboroSEOPro.com over the last month and a half. I started this post on time but never really took it seriously until everything over there was ready to go. Now we're 99% there. So I'll knock the rest of this one out today....
My Month in Personal Growth – September 2018
Surprisingly punctual. Maybe that should be the name of this series moving forward. It kinda sounds like a jinx though. For now, I'll avoid tempting fate. Instead, I'll do what I have been doing: Focus on Discipline and Consistency. After all, that's how I got this...
My Month in Personal Growth – August 2018
Yaaaaaay! Back on schedule. :D August was pretty crazy. No surprise I was two weeks late on my post. Now I'm back on track both in life and business. My my engines are really purring right now. September's already looking great. But this is about August. If you're...
My Month in Personal Growth – July 2018
Two weeks and some change late. No biggie. This thang bout to get shipped though. At the end of July, I took off to Arizona. Predictably, it's gotten me behind on few things. These posts are basically useless to anyone who I'm not close with. So it makes sense to...
My Month in Personal Growth – June 2018
Quarter three, here I come. I've been banging out personal growth posts for six straight months now. January February March April May I'm slightly proud of myself. It definitely feels better than when I promised a slew of work from home posts but tapped out after the...
