2024 Content Challenge Week 12:

Slowly but surely, the days on by and my content streak lives.

I crossed the two-week and 15-day milestones for the first time in nearly a year.

Admittedly, it’s not much.

But boy, does it feel good!

What Got Done?

This was hands-down my most productive week of the year so far.

I’m pretty sure I’ll be saying the same thing next week.  But I’ve got Playing Markets on an absolutely unprecedented path, with post outlines and templates galore.  I’m shooting for 10 or so new posts (or post updates) by the beginning of April.  Hopefully, I’ll be able to hold out on publishing and schedule them over time.

I’m also still heavy in my Gardening grove.  I got more onions transplanted and planted my first batch of cucumber plants.  That’s made building out my Growing Tomatoes page a natural progression.  Sure, I haven’t any of those yet.  But it will function as a template.  Once it’s completed, I’ll build out pages for pretty much everything I plan to grow this year and everything I’ve grown before.

Just thinking about it all has me hyped!

Last Week Was the Week That…

Candace Owens got fired from the Daily Wire.

I haven’t really looked into it that much yet but mentioning it here provides a good time marker the week.

This week started with Chelsea pulling out stoppage time goals against Leicester to advance to the semi-final of the FA Cup (only to draw Man City).   Then, USMNT needed extra time to beat Jamaica and advance to the finals of the Nations league.  Mexico next for them.

Then, Carolina finished the week by advancing to the Sweet 16, despite the fact that Elliot Cadeau finally showed his youth (and other weaknesses).  Luckily, the transfer portal was very kind to us.  Hopefully, I’ll still be saying that after we beat Caleb Love and Arizona next weekend.

Content Streak

After last week:

My weekly content streak now is up to 19 days (begun two weeks ago) and it is the longest streak of my 2024 Content Challenge so far.

In 2023, my longest streak was 62 days, from Week 8 to Week 16.  My longest streak ever was during my 2022 Content Challenge, snapped at 217 days in a row in Week 24.  My best during 2021’s Content Challenge was 67 days, from Week 14 to Week 23.  And my best in 2020 was 157 days in a row, which ended in Week 21.

The march toward a full 365 continues.  📈
