2023 Content Challenge Week 9:

✅✅✅✅✅✅✅

Uh oh.

👀👀👀

First milestone hit.

Sure, it’s just a measly 10 days.

But it’s progress nonetheless.  At this point, that’s all that matters.

What Got Done?

The truth is, not much.

Aside from pushing content on This Site, there really wasn’t much else to this week.  I wasn’t nearly as productive as I was last week.

However, I maintained the two most important streaks in my life: my content streak and my sobriety streak.

Nothing is more important for me than these two things at the moment.  So I’m really not complaining about what else did or did not get done.  I’m just grateful to be out of the doldrums.  Now, I can begin to think about really pushing on and making serious inroads for the rest of the month.

Content production seems nailed on now.

From here, it’s time to see what else I can rustle up.

This Was the Week That…

UFC 285 happened.

Jon Jones won the heavyweight title in impressive fashion.  Meanwhile Valentina lost hers in a very surprising twist.  Events like this are what make MMA so great.

In sadder news:

Duke scored the regular season sweep in Leaky Black’s (and Mando’s?) final game.  😭😭😭

But hey, at least Chelsea finally scored a goal and Graham Potter finally won a game.  Defeating Leeds isn’t a statement win by any means.  All the same, Blues fans will take it because “beggars can’t be choosers.”

Next week will be a big one for my two favorite teams.

Hopefully UNC can make it into the NCAA tournament and Chelsea can make it to the next round of Champions League.  Both seasons are riding on it.

🤞🤞🤞

Content Streak

After last week:

My weekly content streak now is up to 13 days (begun February 20th), which is the largest—and only—streak of my 2023 Content Challenge so far.

My longest streak ever was last year, snapped at 217 days in a row in Week 24.  My best during 2021’s Content Challenge was 67 days, from Week 14 to Week 23.  And my best in 2020 was 157 days in a row, which ended in Week 21.

The march toward a full 365 continues.  📈
