After a long gap in my content production “schedule,” I’m finally back on the horse.
Not to get ahead of myself—my content streak is only up to three days.
But it feels good.
AND it feels easy.
That’s always the best part, as I worry that I may eventually lose the effortlessness with which I write. Yet, every time I come back to it, it’s almost like I never left (except for pit in my stomach about what could have been 😔).
So here we are, with a chance at hitting a triple-digit streak to finish out the year while saving 2026 from being my worst Content Challenge year ever in the process.
What Got Done?
Well, not much.
Touched a Favorite. Caught up on my 2026 Content Challenge weekly round ups.
That’s really all. But the first few days back on it are almost always like this. No biggie.
After I publish this post, figuring out the bigger plan going forward is next on the list. Right now, all of My Brands have a chance to get some love, with This Site, Playing Markets, and Greensboro SEO Pro as the clear frontrunners.
Considering where I left things off, I’m actually pretty excited.
Last Week Was the Week That…
Mykhailo Mudryk made his first couple of appearances for Chelsea in almost two years.
Romeo Lavia completed his first full game for Chelsea since he has been at the club.
Chelsea fans got our first glimpse of what “Xabi ball” could be in a 3–0 pounding of AC Milan (after a fairly uneventful 1–0 loss to Juventus).
Friendlies, sure. But interesting nonetheless.
Outside of sports, I started watching Orthodox versus Protestant debates and I am quite intrigued. It could just be the rhetorical skills of Jay Dyer, but I’m enjoying learning about Orthodox positions so far.

Content Streak
After last week:
My daily content streak is now up to 3 days (begun Thursday of this week). My longest streak of my 2026 Content Challenge so far is 23 days, from Week 6 to Week 9.
Last year’s challenge started and ended with a 113 day streak. My longest streak ever was during my 2024 Content Challenge. It lasted 262 days, spanning from from Week 10 to Week 48. In 2023, my longest streak was 62 days, from Week 8 to Week 16. My longest streak during my 2022 Content Challenge reached 217 days, ending in Week 24. My best during 2021’s Content Challenge was 67 days, from Week 14 to Week 23. And my best in 2020 was 157 days in a row, which ended in Week 21.
The march toward a full 365 continues. 📈
