2024 Content Challenge Week 40:

✅✅✅✅✅✅✅

Another week, another seven added to my streak.

It might not have been the prettiest, but it was pretty enough.

I’m not fully satisfied, obviously.

However, progress is progress and beggars can’t be choosers.

Regardless, 29 weeks is something like seven months, which ain’t too shabby.

What Got Done?

This week was all about my job hunt.

Slightly stressful but even more exciting.

Some of these gigs I’ve been applying to sound amazing.  Plus, I wouldn’t mind a move away from North Carolina again.  It’s the best state.  But other ones are nice too.

And again, the pattern of late Content Challenge weekly round ups continues.  Last week, I was five days late (and it’ll be even worse for this post).

Pretty pathetic.

🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Aside from job stuff though, all that really got done was a few touches across This Site.

Again, pretty pathetic.

😭😭😭

Still, the 365-Day Content Challenge marches on.

Last Week Was the Week That…

Alex Pereira demolished Khalil Rountree to save UFC 307.

It was also the week that Renato Viega and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall got their first goals for Chelsea as the Blues punched up Gent.

Then the Tar Heels lost to Pitt and my interest in (American) football for this year was lost with it.

And I think maybe Israel’s war expanded into Lebanon and elsewhere.  I also think the Diddy situation may have exclated.  I’m not too sure (nor too concerned).

🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

For me, the most culturally relevant thing to happen last week was the birth of this meme:

A great meme to be sure.  (Still not enough to get me to watch a vice presidential debate though.)

Right now, my interests are pretty much just RISK and work.

Content Streak

After last week:

My weekly content streak now is up to 210 days (begun Week 10), which is the longest streak of my 2024 Content Challenge so far.

In 2023, my longest streak was 62 days, from Week 8 to Week 16.  My longest streak ever was during my 2022 Content Challenge, snapped at 217 days in a row in Week 24.  My best during 2021’s Content Challenge was 67 days, from Week 14 to Week 23.  And my best in 2020 was 157 days in a row, which ended in Week 21.

The march toward a full 365 continues.  📈
