2023 Content Challenge Week 13:

✅✅✅✅✅✅✅

Last week, I crossed the 5 week and 40-day milestones.

That means I’m only a few weeks away from making this one of my top-five longest content streaks ever.  Honestly, it’s not much.  But considering the way this year started, I’ll take my small victories.

Admittedly, it got a little rocky during the last half of the week.

The updates got pushed though.  That’s what matters.

What Got Done?

Of course, I’m still focused on my Achievement silo.

Most of my week 13 output went toward my Character page, which is also its own silo.  It will almost certainly get completed by the end of April if it gets the same kind of attention over the next few weeks.  I wouldn’t mind that because This Site could really use some more completed pages.

However, there was also some pretty decent progress on several unpublished pages.  That bodes really well for the rest of the year.

As far as “real” work goes, there wasn’t that much.  However, there was definitely some.  And hey, I completed one of our Free SEO Audits for the first time in a looooooong time.  I even put in a bit of work on the SOP for it.  🤩  AH-mazin!

Obviously, this wasn’t all that special—and it was probably my least productive week of March overall—but again, I’ll take the small victories.

Last Week Was the Week That…

Outside of work, week 13 was a bit crazy.

Trump was (finally) indicted last week.  Watching where that goes (or doesn’t) should be interesting.

It was also the week Audrey Hale shot up the Covenant School in Nashville.  For some reason, that led to several pro-transgender protests across the country.  I wasn’t paying that close attention but I don’t really understand why people on the left would respond this way.  Ideologues will be ideologues, I guess.

Whatever.

🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

It was also the week Caleb Love officially entered the transfer portal.  We all saw that one coming.

Chelsea also managed to lose 2-0 to Ashton Villa, despite a discrepancy in shots of 27 to 5.  That takes talent.

😭😭😭

For me personally, this was a crucial week.  I actually got back in the gym.  (Thanks Larry.)

And ooooh weeee!  I love me some muscle soreness.  It’s about to go down over the next few months.  💪

Perhaps even more importantly, Boogs and Bradshaw was born… in concept at least.

The only downside of getting back up with the homie is that I broke my sobriety streak.  I’m still a teetotaler, though.  I just did a little chiefin.’  No big L there.

April looks like it’s about to go CRAZY.

😁😁😁

Content Streak

After last week:

My weekly content streak now is up to 41 days (begun February 20th), which is the largest—and only—streak of my 2023 Content Challenge so far.

My longest streak ever was last year, snapped at 217 days in a row in Week 24.  My best during 2021’s Content Challenge was 67 days, from Week 14 to Week 23.  And my best in 2020 was 157 days in a row, which ended in Week 21.

The march toward a full 365 continues.  📈
