2025 Content Challenge Week 8:
✅✅✅✅✅✅✅
A couple of weeks ago, I mentioned how we used to score 42 a lot in pee wee football.
56 on the other hand, was more like a mythical number.
We scored 50+ often. However, it was hard to get a clean 56. We’d always seem to miss an extra point or two. Back then, we weren’t kicking it so it wasn’t a sure thing.
Now, I’m on 56 days of content, one of my top ten all-time streaks… but less than 25% of the way toward the number one spot.
At least I’ll be in my top five soon.
😁😁😁
What Got Done?
I finally got fed up about my traffic on Playing Markets.
Footprint Sculpting, here I come!
I didn’t neglect my content:
I published a new Chart Pattern post and completed another one for Monday. I also started to get a bit more serious about website design. That’s partly just a function of having my bearings with my new system. But it welcome and long overdue.
However, I also started on one of those things I always put on the backburner, Off-Page SEO. I prefer to focus on content because it is what matters—it’s what provides value (and sets the upper limit of your brand’s potential). Plus, I usually don’t have to worry about Backlinks. In truth, it might not an absolute necessity now.
But I’m done waiting.
It’s time to tickle the algorithm baby!
First, some exploration and manual syndication.
Then, I’ll figure out what’s what and probably progress to YouTube sooner than I expected. There’s no better SEO cheat code and the channel could eventually have more value than the site.
For now though, the focus will be width, not depth.
Last Week Was the Week That…
Speaking of a lack of depth, Aston Villa’s January signings made all the difference in a 2–1 Chelsea defeat.
Reese in midfield was something I’ve wanted to see for a long time. But holy crap! We need him to step up as leader or we’re sunk. We can’t have Palmer’s moodiness become embedded in the character of the team.
Or maybe it’s all the mixed messages from coach. Last week was also the week Maresca flip-flopped on Chelsea’s season goals in back-to-back media appearances.
Pretty amateur hour if you ask me.
It’s not totally hopeless though. At least Maresca’s adjustments helped.
🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
Someone else who has made some adjustments I’ve wanted:
Hubert Davis.
It’s amazing, you put a little height on the floor and you can rebound and score points in a paint. An absolutely novel idea. State got stomped. Then Virginia did their best to hang around.
But it was two convincing wins in the end.
There may be some hope after all.
Also, sus eye poke issue for with Henry Cejudo.

Kash Patel was confirmed as the Director of the FBI. Hockey made a major splash in the zeitgeist for once.
I also made chicken Bradshaw for the first time in months. And I even knocked out the deep deep sweep I’ve been putting off for months.
